Error on Load signature Page

    Hello,

    I have an error message when a customer is trying to pay whereas the product ID is correct.

    And the logs :

    [01/27/2023 10:33:02 AM] – FAILURE: Page load signature check – cannot find this Product ID and IP address index (61846_104.28.42.18) in the saved data.
    [01/27/2023 10:38:19 AM] – handle_create_pi() – Product ID: 61846, Captcha Type: , Txn Counter: 0, IP: 104.28.42.17
    [01/27/2023 10:38:19 AM] – FAILURE: Page load signature check – cannot find this Product ID and IP address index (61846_104.28.42.17) in the saved data.
    [01/27/2023 10:41:11 AM] – handle_create_pi() – Product ID: 61846, Captcha Type: , Txn Counter: 0, IP: 104.28.42.18
    [01/27/2023 10:41:11 AM] – FAILURE: Page load signature check – cannot find this Product ID and IP address index (61846_104.28.42.18) in the saved data.

    Hi, are you running a cache plugin in your site? If you are running a cache plugin, can you exclude the checkout page from your cache plugin. Let me know if this helps you.

    Hello and thanks for reaching.

    I am not running any cache plugin.

    With the customer I noticed that the issue comes only when he’s using his iPhone in order to initiate the payment. With a standard notebook, it has finally been accepted.

    Hi, this might be due to some caching issue in their mobile phone browser.
