I am getting the above error when accessing my sitemap. I have run the health check plugin and it only happens when the yoast plugin is active. I have checked and I do see an empty space on line 1. Where do I go to fix this issue?

    Hello @chadoner

Thanks for reaching out about your sitemap. An empty?whitespace or a blank line appears due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Usually, there is an empty space or a blank line before or after the closing PHP opening or closing tag, which shouldn’t be there.

You can narrow down the exact source of conflict by performing a conflict check. Once you have identified whether your theme or a plugin causes the issue, please contact the developers of that theme or plugin for assistance in finding and removing the white space.

Maybellyne, I ran the conflict check and its only when the yoast plugin is turned on. I have the same theme running for 50 other websites and this is the only one that is running into an issue.

Thanks for the feedback, @chadoner. What if you switch to a default WordPress theme and still have only Yoast SEO active?
