Error on Installation of 2.16.3

I am having the same problem – with identical error message.

I am using the free version of testimonials. But I use it a lot. If we can get this resolved I am sold on the developer version for sure! I didn’t realize how dependent I am on this awesome plugin until I suddenly it wouldn’t activate. Valuable lesson learned. Strange that it takes a little bug to make me realize I should be supporting this plugin!

I’m trying to get a better notification into place for the pre-PHP 5.3 folks. For some reason it’s not working yet.
