Error on importing starter page

    I am getting started with WordPress and Neve. While I am learning the ropes, my site will be hosted on InfinityFree. I have installed the Neve theme successfully, but when I try to import a starter page (the “Original”), my import fails. This is the message:

    Something went wrong while installing the necessary plugins.

    I have followed the troubleshooting guide, but this has not resolved the issue.

    What else should I try?

  • Hi @beneix,

    Are you able to install plugins to your WordPress instance? If so, could you try to install Elementor manually and then try to import the starter site?

    If that doesn’t help – could you let us know which is the starter site that you’re trying to import?
