Error on headers

Just updated to v.5.119.1 and when I searched in Posts for a particular term, I get this error:

I looked on those lines and they’re all setcookie lines, and I don’t see anything in the template.php file on that line – it’s just a “!DOCTYPE html” line.

Site URL is crbjbizwire.com, though I can’t see anything happening on the front-facing site, it’s only in WP.
