Error on generate

I put an instance with this plugin but when I generate I get:
Database duplication 175221 failednullThis is the website https://33422.s.time4vps.cloud/glossary-demo/generate-demo/
As I can see on logs I don’t have errors so is quite difficult to debug this problem.
