Error on Feature Requests Form on UpdraftPlus.com

The feature requests form (https://updraftplus.com/feature-requests/request-action/request-add/) on UpdraftsPlus.com has a “Description” field that uses white text on a white background – so the submitter can’t see what they’re typing unless they highlight the text.
I’m sure this is putting off some of those wanting to make feature requests.
Please fix ASAP.
