While using this for a website selling individual songs on MP3 or the option to buy the whole album, there is an error message on the download page about the maximum file size being reached. I have the whole album bundled as a zip file. The total file size is 34 mb. there was no error message when I created the product or when I uploaded the file, only when the first person tried to purchase it.

Is there some way to remedy this?

    thanks.

    Hello @joymk,

What version of the plugin are you using? If you have configured the store for packing all purchased files in a same zipped file, be sure the amount of memory assigned to the PHP Script in your web server, is sufficient to generate the zipped file.

If you cannot assign more memory to PHP in your server, I recommend you untick the checkbox to generate the zipped file from the settings page of the store.

    Best regards.

Thank you. I am not “generating” a zip file. I have uploaded a zip file to sell that I created.

I have the most current version of the plug in.

However, I think you may have touched on something if the file size is too large based on the settings on her server (I have created this site for a non-techie friend).

    Hello @joymk,

You can create a ticket in my private website, with the access to the website to take a look to the plugin and server settings:
