Error on dashboard – twenty 10 theme

    I am getting this warning on my dashboard.
    No menus appear down the side

    Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/theright/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/wpsc-admin/admin.php on line 734

    Can;t add new page or anything.
