error on dashboard

    i’ve got a strange error message showing up on my site and dashboard. reads:

    Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0

    Warning: Unknown: Failed opening ‘/usr/home/phpinc/web/index.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in Unknown on line 0

    is this familiar to anyone?
