Error on CSS/JS minify cache

I’ve seen other posts on this, and the author said it was a false positive that would be fixed in the next update, but the last response from him I found was several months ago. Has this been addressed in the current W3 Total Cache version? If so, and this error is not a false positive, can I get a clue as to how to solve this problem?
