    I’m having more clients telling me that they choose paypal or credit card options, they insert all the data but than after the checkout is completed no transation is made and the order when as a bank transfer, how can I fix this problem? it doesn’t happen always but now at least 10 clients told me that

    Hi @riccardo644,

    There is a rogue credit card form in your Checkout area that hides and overrides all of your regular payment methods and potentially intends to steal customer data.
    So, it looks like your website may be infected with malware. I have seen this once before, and it was malicious then at least.

    This malicious code is often inserted into WooCommerce template files, so I suggest creating a site backup and then reinstalling WooCommerce.
    If this card form still persists after reinstalling WooCommerce, I suggest additionally reaching out to the WooCommerce support.
    I also recommend reviewing your installed plugins, as problems like this could potentially be caused by third-party plugins with security issues.
