error on creating user registration

  • Hi! I have no problem creating a login form but when I’m going to create a registration / user registration form it says “Unfortunately, you do not have the required permissions or user role to perform this action.”

    I’m using an administrator account, also I can’t import forms. please help!

    I tried it in different website and it has no problem, why in this current website I’m making I face this kind of error.

    Hope you are doing well today.

    May we know if you are using a multisite or single site? I’m asking because there is a known bug in multisite if you set the Network’s Main Site Role to “Don’t create a user in the network’s main site”, it won’t allow saving the change with “Invalid user role” error.

    If that is not the case please create a new admin user and try again, the current user may have permissions issues.
