Error on Confirm Tiktok account button click

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with the TikTok Shop onboarding process. Are you able to reproduce this issue? When you encountered this issue did an error banner appear with the option to copy a “LogID”? Alternatively, if you’re comfortable with your browsers developer tools, you can search for the network request to the /shop/connection/create_shop endpoint, and look for the x-tt-logid response header. This will help us debug your issue from our side.

I am also running into this issue, “Error: tts plugin create shop api failed: Error” My shop has been live for some time, I am not sure why the plugin is trying to create anything during the connection. There was no LogID present, only that error. I have uninstalled the plugin, refreshed the entire process, and still this error comes back.
