ERROR! On click ADD

    Hello all…
    I’m trying to create a new rule, but every time i click on ADD the page refresh and come back to Options – General…. anyone know why this happens ?

    I tryied to remove all plugins… and same problem… other shot i try to change my theme to a default theme… same problem… here is a video about the error:
