Error on all Websites

  • Hello,
    since a few days we cant use any form, created with smartforms. After submit, an error occurred. We use SmartForms on a lot of Websites and all of the Forms doesent work. Not with the ProVersion, and not with the free version.
    The Entries were write in the CSV (Backend), but will not send the Email and start the message after submit.
    We use SmartForms without any code changing or something like that. We need a fast solution for the problem, because no customer can send us a message.

    could you please create a support ticket here Smartforms.uservoice.com? Also please include a link to one page that is having this issue so i can give it a look.

    Another side note regarding this. WordPress 4.6 added some new validations that are making the form submission crash if the ‘From email address(es)’ field is not filled up so if you have wordpress 4.6 and you don’t have the ‘From email address(es)’ field filled up please fill it and try again or reinstall the plugin as this would also fix the issue right away.
