Getting the following error on 2 different sites that I have newly installed this plugin into.

ERROR: We detect suspicious activity from your network; to complete this action, please contact the forum administrator.

Doesn’t matter how long I leave it before submitting a comment.

Tried turning the Human Protection option off and on with no difference.

Wondering if it’s a conflict with Jetpack comments as I have these enabled on both sites.

    Hello

The plugin works with the built-in wordpress comment system — if anything significantly alters or replace it, it won’t work (and this is out of our control).

If you disable Jetpack comments, does the problem persist?

If I disable Jetpack comments the issue goes away.

You can have a look at this site to see the issue: https://shockingpink.org.nz

I see. At this time, there isn’t much of anything we can do to fix this — Jetpack has a strange way of implementing the comment from separately into an iframe.

The problem is confirmed to be Jetpack and not the plugin so I’m marking as resolved

P.S. Nice design on your blog ??

Given that Jetpack is a very common installation on WordPress sites, I would think that it would be a good idea if your plugin was compatible with it. Thanks for the speedy response though, will have to look at other options. Cheers.
