error of shipping country that I did not add

There is an e-commerce site that sells only in England. In the Shipping and Returns section of Merchant Center, there is only England as the Shipping region. There is no country other than that. However, Germany, America, England and France are included in the content API data. How can I remove these countries that I did not add but appear in the content API?

From what I gather, you are noticing countries other than GB appearing in Google Merchant Center, when all other settings are set to GB, at your store. Correct?
