  • Hi @tipicaud,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

The issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer
I didn’t find the Health check & troubleshooting.plugin, so i just desactivate all the plugin and reactivate it one by one.
As soon as i actived “Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Neve theme” the problem appeard, and I don’t know who to remplace this one
Or maybe I have to choose an other starter site ?
    Thank you,

    Mat

    Hello @tipicaud ,

    Thank you for your message!

That is odd as Otter should function correctly with Neve. Are you using the latest version of Otter? (2.0.1)

If so, can you please try to regenerate the CSS and see if the issue persists? To do so, please go to Dashboard > Settings > Otter > Scroll Down until you see the Regenerate Button. (screenshot)

Also, try and clear the LiteSpeed cache and see if that makes a difference since you might be serving an old page instead of the new one.

Thank you and please let us know if this worked for you!

    Hi @tipicaud,

Would you please rollback the Otter plugin to the previous version and check if it resolves your issue? This guide can help – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/744-how-to-rollback-your-theme-and-plugin

    Thank you

    Hi @tipicaud!

I checked your site again and the problem doesn’t seem to occur anymore – screenshot. If you still encounter it on your end, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check again.

    Have a nice day!
