error occurs when break updating

  • Hello all!

    I got error message: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in E:\xampp2\htdocs\blog\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1501

    no matter homepage or wp-admin page.

    I’m trying to update my plugins and themes, but computer reset suddenly.
    I got the error message after computer return to desktop.

    is anyone have the same problem?

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
