    Hello, @goldatlas.

    Please, re-activate the plugin:
? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate again

    Did it help you?

    I have the same error.
Deactivate and activate again did not help.

We are working on fixing the issue, @bvsclub123.

If it didn’t help, please re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress

    Did it help this time?

    Okay, thanks.

Same error after Complete Deactivation option.

We were looking through our code and applied some changes to it, @goldatlas, @bvsclub123.
The issue should be fixed within a few minutes.

Please, synchronize the plugin in about 30 minutes:
? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”

    Did it help?

@serge00 It did help, i had the same problem.
But we have 400+ websites and cant log in into every site to synchronize.
Is there maybe a WP Cli command or a query we can run to fix this for every site?

    (@serge00)

    Hello, @bloomsite.

No, there are no WP CLI commands.

The error message appeared not for every website connected to the CleanTalk Cloud but for approximately 15% of them.

The error message will go away automatically within 24 hours and it doesn’t affect the quality of the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Service.

    Thank you.
