• Hi,
    when I try to complete order by clicking “Pay Now” button a pop-up appears, saying “error occured”. It happens with every payment method I select.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    =>1. Please check in Setting Payment is correct or not.
    =>2. Try using the “Change PDF Save Option” function to check if the information transferred to the PDF file is corrupted
    =>3. Try Deactivate all plugins except Gift Card plugin, to check if any plugin conflict with our Gift Card plugin

    Deactivated Autoptimize but still got errors

    for future reference: you can always test if a problem is due to Autoptimize by requesting the URL with ?ao_noptimize=1 appended to the URL, which disables AO for that request. If the problem still occurs, the problem is elsewhere. If the problem goes away, Autoptimize reconfiguration might be needed (start by disabling just JS or just CSS or … and drill down).

    Re-installed and re-created deafults pages but still got error! Thank you for your time
