error Notice: Undefined index: hide_image_single

I just installed this plugin on my test site. i get this error.
Notice: Undefined index: hide_image_single in /home/steveles/public_html/testing/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/testimonials-widget/includes/class-testimonials-widget.php on line 1036
Nobody else is getting this? seem odd. my (messy) test site is;
https://testing.stevelescure.net/wordpress/
it shows up in the footer.
