I am unable to connect Google Analytics to my WooCommerce website. I previously connected this website with analytics using a different email, but when I try to connect again with a different email, it says “Error: Not found or permission denied.”

Thanks for reaching out @senileshark. What may be happening is Site Kit is using a no longer valid callback for your site. To determine more, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. A screen recording of your experience. You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share a screen recording, while using the same form to share this privately.
    3. When you had Site Kit setup successfully previously, was this with a different wp-admin path to what’s in use at present, or from a different URL (possible using a subdirectory)?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    1. Submitted the details
    2. Same
    3. I used GTM4WP – A Google Tag Manager (GTM) plugin for WordPress by Thomas Geiger. I can’t recall that, maybe it was from the same path

Appreciate the update @senileshark. Based on the very useful screenshot you provided, what I suspect happened, was Site Kit (and Analytics) was setup initially with your previous email/Google account. When you switched Google accounts, the permissions you have for the connected Google Analytics property may differ.

What you can do, is check that Google Analytics property (from your other email/Google account) and ensure that your new Google account which is currently connected in Site Kit, has access.

Another option, is to disconnect the Google Analytics module within Site Kit (Site Kit > Settings > Analytics > Edit > Disconnect Analytics from Site Kit), and then connect once more, to a property that you do have access to.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

It turned out that I only needed to wait it out. After a while, I still saw that error, but once I reset and installed site kit again, everything worked out.
