    Hello,

    I am getting an error on my shop page as “No woocommerce widgets added”, though products are loaded in desktop version in mobile version it failed to load products. Also, the product category/attribute/tag filtering is not working for the both platforms.

    Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

    Hello,

    Can you first please make sure that widgets are added correctly? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/widgets/

    If they are added properly but not showing on the shop page, the issue may be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
