    Hello Stefano,

Thanks a lot for you help! Your advice worked perfectly. I made all permisions ticked and everything works now. But does it mean that my athours will see information about their and other users payments now?

    Thanks

    Glad it worked!

If you ticked permissions in the general options, yes they will. If this is not the wished behaviour, uncheck them all again and head for the Personalize settings box in the plugin options. Click your user role, then your user name and there you are: editing those settings will only affect your usr and nobody else ??

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano

    Hi there,
There are a variety of reasons why no stats could be showing up. Do you have personalized settings for some users/you?

    At first, check that

    • General settings/your user’s settings has all permissions checked (box Permissions)
    • General settings/other users’ settings have Pay only when the total payment threshold is reached in Post Pay Counter > Options > Counting settings > Total payment
    • In general settings, correct settings for Allowed post types and Allowed user roles are selected in Options > Miscellanea
    • The time range you have selected in stats contains at least one published post

    Does this help?
Thanks for reporting the error on my site, I’ve contacted my host and it will be hopefully fixed in a couple of hours.

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano
