Have you tried turning off all other plugins? Maybe the cache plugin is caching the error.

Here is another list of options to try…. I think number 5 may be for you, but try them all.

If you are trying to create a page feed and are seeing “No Posts Found. Are you sure this is a Facebook Page ID and not a Facebook Group or Event ID”, try these steps… if one does not work try the next. I’m aware you tried a few of these options, just posting them all in case others are experiencing this issue.

1. Make sure the Fb name you are using is correct. You can test this by entering your name into the input field on this page. In some cases your fb page name will not work and you need to try the ID, usually located after the name. It must be a facebook page, not a group to test here.. https://feedthemsocial.com/
?2. Empty Cache from our plugin and make sure no other cache plugins are in use.
3. Try adding gopro instead of your name to your shortcode.?
4. Try deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
?5. Make sure the App token you are trying to use does not have a specific url tied to it when you created the app. If you are not sure create a new app and make sure the web url matches the site you are working on. It’s the second step in the app making process that says, “Tell us about your website.”
6. If none of the above work, it’s time to turn wp-debug mode to true in your wp-config file which is located on the root of your wordpress install. Then view the page with your fts shortcode and see if any errors appear on the page.
7. If no errors above, next look on the root of your wordpress install for a file called error_log… look at the newest dates of errors and see if you see anything about feed-them-social.

Delete and reinstall the plugin. We found the problem and made a silent update. We will be releasing a full fixed version tomorrow by the end of the day but for now just reinstall.
