• Hi Kyle

First of all: great plugin, took me a long time to find it, but it’s exactly what I needed. However, I have a problem encoding, no files are created. When I go to Video Encode Queue and choose Update I get almost immediatly response:
Replace original with H.264 Error: No log file
480p H.264 Error: No log file
    WEBM Error: No log file
    OGV Error: No log file
Replace original with H.264 updated in existing queue entry in position 1.

I ran the FFMPEG sample command from the commandline and that runs fine. Any suggestions?
I run WordPress and FFMpeg on a Windows Server 2012 with IIS 7.5 (unfortunatly)
    Thnx in advance

That’s definitely an IIS problem. I don’t know how IIS works so every time I’ve tried to set up a server I couldn’t get around the security to even get FFMPEG to run through it, which means I have a really hard time troubleshooting my plugin on IIS.

Does the FFMPEG test output work in the FFMPEG settings tab of the plugin settings page?
