ERROR: no files were found to download

  • Hello! First thanks for this GREAT plugin!

    I have my files hosted in my Wp but when I try to enable multiple downloads this error appears when you click on the button: ERROR: no files were found to download.

    I also tried creating products in woocommerce with files in other folders inside the same hosting and nothing, same error.

    Can you help me please?

    It seems that the files were empty

    Make sure the files are hosted locally and no restrictions like server blocking access to them for example
