Error next to uploaded file

    Tried uploading a .pdf to the website. Instead of showing regularly with options it displays this: https://prnt.sc/o9mhc8. Only action possible is to delete the file itself. Currently only had issues with this specific .pdf and been able to upload others.

    Wonder what the meaning behind this error is? Potentially what the problem could possibly be.

    This error indicates that Simple File List cannot read the file. Try changing the name or re-saving the PDF.

    Alright. Based on the type of error i narrowed it down to the special character used in the filename “?”. Being the reason why the plugin wouldn’t be able to read the file.

    Glad you figured it out. I will work to improve the file name sanitizer function.
