    Hi!
    The newsletter subscription is currently not working on a customer website. The following error message appears (in German).
    “Fehler bei der Ausführung einer Anfrage, bitte sp?ter erneut versuchen.”
    Translated in English: “Error executing a request, please try again later.”


    Please help. Thank you very much!

    Let’s take a look at this.

    The easiest way to narrow this down will be logs that tell us what it’s having issues with .

    Can you make sure that error logging for MailPoet is on and then grab the logs for us after triggering the error again?

    Here’s a screenshot of where to enable that, and to grab the logs.

    Hi! Thanks for your feedback.
    Unfortunately I cannot see any logs – even when I set dates.

    How can I add screenshots here? When I try to upload an image, it says, that the updload function is disabled…
    Can I send it to you via e-mail?

    can you please give me some feedback? Is there the possibilty to sendu you screenshots via Email, so you can see, that the logs are empty?
