error new messages

    Hello @fimo66

    Your agents and the chat itself is in online state or offline.

    Now on offline state we do not have form, but a conversation approach. Those automated messages will trigger notifications for new messages the same way as they are triggered on online state.

    Thanks for the answer, but im not sure i understand 100%, on my site right now the
    chat function is set to offline, but with an option for anyone to send an offline messages BUT in this offline state it still shows ie google chrome pane an indication that a new message has come but there is no new messages, is that the way the plugin is suppose to work or did i misunderstand ?
