Error – Name Lookup Timed Out

Hi there,

I am getting this error when trying to import photos. It was working on my site but I then migrated it to our new server and now it keeps bringing up this error. I have tried deleted the plugin and reinstalling but this didn’t work. I have a feeling something on our new server hasn’t been turned on and needs to be. Do you have any idea what this could be??
