I went to your link, but I could not reproduce that error. Perhaps you have disabled the plugin at this point.

I do see that it appears that you have enabled the “Sold Individually” option for each product. That only allows 1 of each item to that cart. That is not an option for this plugin, but is rather a default WooCommerce option. That option will override this plugin’s max limit.
