    This error occurs on every form across my website. I have tried to copy/paste the debug logs, but it won’t allow me to.

    Hi @meredithgreen91

    In case you recently got upgraded, especially to a version after version 2.0.x, it will most likely help to re-edit the form in question and make sure a list has been chosen for that form to be associated, and then click save.

    It’s possible that there’s a behind-the-scenes disassociation.

    Once you’ve taken those steps, we can help visually confirm if the change took place and there’s a list associated with the form again.

    It doesn’t seem to save when I select a list – here are the most recent logs on the debug log

    Hi @meredithgreen91

    Looks like you’ll need to go through the connection process again, as the API credentials ended up expiring and got to a state of not being able to renew themselves.

    Please visit your WordPress admin and use the “Disconnect” menu item in our submenu, and then re-do the connection process afterwards.
