    I sse that the chat log is empty, even if the have been chat use.

    1. I have signed up and paid OpenAI: Hi Verdinettverk as, We charged $10.00 to your credit card ending in xxx to fund your OpenAI API credit balance. Should increase the limit?
    2. The API key is valid – in WP dashboard. ChatGPT Model: 3.5 tubo. API extracted from https://platform.openai.com/api-keys. – but is says is is ‘never used’. Permissions: all
    3. Chat log is empty in WP dashb.
    4. I also have a paid licence for a personal account for ChatGPT Plus

    Hi @baardkr,

    Your quota has been exceeded. When you generate embeds with your content, this consumes data on the openAI side.

    If you have generated a lot of embeds, this may have used up your quota. Once the embeds have been generated, only the requests to the chatbot will use the openAI quota.

    I have used 10 chats to test. I these costs 1 $ each, this is too expensive. Why is the API key ‘never used and chatlog empty – if the limit is reached. What is the cost of a prompt?

    When the OPENAI account is reloaded, it takes a few minutes before it becomes active again. This sometimes happens to us too.

    If the problem persists, can you check in the SSWP plugin error logs?

      • still error msg when chatting in https://bimverdi.no/: Currently, there appears to be an issue. Please try asking me again later.

    Hi @baardkr ,

    Thanks for the acces.

    We have found the issue. We have update the embedings (of the 2 actives content) and now it works like a charm.

    In fact when you have an insuffisent quota during the embeding process it seems you have to regenerate them. To do that, you have to modify the content page (or article) and click on retrain ai on embendig page.

    Thanks to you we will update the possibility to update embendings at will in a next update.

    Thanks – exiting experience, but..

    1. Can you give answers in Norwegian?
    2. When pressing the audio in a chat answer (english) text, the audio sounds like a norwegian dialect of english.
    3. What are the status and roadmap on language issues like this.
    4. Will the app train itself when we add & activate more pages/posts?
    5. Can you add a link to the pages (in chat answers) – as source for the answers? Like Perplexity do.
    6. Can we have mote than 10 ‘used contexts’ as sources?
    7. How do we add external links to the sources that can be embedded? Se used links in Model quality – BIM Value (bimverdi.no)
    8. I can translate the app to norwegian when this is sorted – se email to support@webdigit

    Nice !

    • For Norwegian answers, are you talking about support answers? If so, no, because we prefer English for reasons of language uniqueness.
    • Concerning audio, it’s the audio of your operating system, not voice synthesis by the AI.
    • The roadmap doesn’t yet include these language concerns, but we’ll take them into account.
    • The plugin uses the context generated when content is activated. If a content item changes, the context for that page must be regenerated.
    • As far as links are concerned, this is normally already the case. The chatbot automatically proposes relevant internal links.
    • For the Norwegian translation, with great pleasure ??
