error msg Call to a member function add_filter() … need help

  • searched for similar error, posted in one similar thread, but zero replies. Is WordPress responding at all?

    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_filter() on array in /home/vangua98/public_html/ibolt.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 111

    This is lingering – i found a suggestion on Stack Overflow that it is an error with an old PHP version, so i investigated, by my host has latest versions running.

    Has anyone had any experience with this, or is there a WordPress expert available?

    This may be a plugin or theme issue. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Once you know where it’s being called incorrectly, you can move towards correcting it.
