    Good morning,

    I would like to contact you because I have a problem with the Popup Box module. When I activate a popup on pages, it shows me a modal-check right in the middle and does not display the content of my popup up. It used to work very well. I noticed this problem only recently. In order to see if this was linked to updates I performed 4.7.2 rollbacks. So that you can see the error, I activated a popup on a single page whose link was mentioned at the top of the form.

    Dear @kanidigital,

    Thank you for the topic.

    We investigated your case and found that the problem is related to the WP Rocket cache plugin you have installed on your website.

    When we first accessed the website, the page wasn’t cached, and our main CSS file was properly linked to the HTML.

    See the screenshot below:

    However, after refreshing, the page was cached by the Cache plugin and our CSS codes (not only the ones in the image, but all of them) are removed from the page.

    As a result, the popup doesn’t function correctly because the CSS files are missing.
    If you add ?nocache to the URL, you’ll notice that the popup works as expected.

    It seems that the issue is connected to the cache plugin, which is removing our CSS files.
    So, please exclude the page where the given popup is enabled from the Cache plugin settings to ensure the popup functions correctly.
    Then, after that, you can contact the Cache plugin’s support to address why it is deleting our CSS files.
