    Hi @sisintl,

    Which browser (and ideally the OS version) are you using on mobile?
    The Could not retrieve order. error could occur when attempting the checkout with an unsupported browser. In that case, the smart buttons may fail to render and there would only be the “Place order” button on the Checkout page.
    The next plugin update should improve the compatibility with older browsers after this was negatively impacted following the 1.9.2 update.

    Could you maybe give it a try with this version, to see if it makes a difference for you?

    Hello all

    The browser endpoint issue should be resolved with our next release 1.9.4. There is currently a beta version of this available here in case you want to test this, or you can wait for the official/tested release that should become available within 2 weeks.

    I will mark this thread as resolved, but don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you keep on seeing this error.
