After done that I am receiving this kind of error messege on the top pf the WordPress dashboard: “The WordPress uploads directory (usually wp-content/uploads) doesn’t exist or isn’t writable. Please make sure this directory exists and is writable.” What to do?

    Hi @famiauni,

Sorry you’re experiencing trouble! This usually just indicates that your site hasn’t been fully migrated. Double-check that the upload_path value has been updated in the wp_options table. Here’s a thread that has some additional helpful tips.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Hello @dwuser,
Thanks for the help. I am no longer receiving the error messege. But when I add this code: <?php easyrotator_display_rotator(‘erc_00_xxxxxxx’); ?> to the header, I am getting a blank space with only the arrows of the rotator, without any picture. How should I fix this?

    Sincerely,
    famiauni

    Hi,

(Sorry for the delayed reply; we had a holiday weekend here in the US.) Please double-check that the configuration in the wp_options table is set correctly for the URL to the uploads directory. Most likely, the image paths that are being generated are incorrect, which is causing the images to fail to load. If you’d like to open a support ticket and send the page URL and temporary login credentials, I’d be happy to check it.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill
