Error messages when using Updated Calendar Designs

    Helping a client with her WordPress site. WordPress and all plugins are up to date. She uses The Events Calendar plugin.
    I saw the notice about legacy calendar views being deprecated, so I went to Settings – Display and checked the box “Use updated calendar designs”. That resulted in this error message, which took down the whole site:

    I restored the site from a backup, but wondering if that error message is telling me where the problem lies in order to get it working properly with the updated calendar designs. Thanks –
