Error messages when adding new users

  • I am unable to create a new user for my site. This has never happend before. I use the WPZoom framework and GoDaddy for hosting. This is the error message I get:

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/12/2824412/html/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin/includes/autoload.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/12/2824412/html/wp-content/mu-plugins/gd-system-plugin.php on line 19

    and this one

    GoDaddy is not very helpful so I am reaching out here. My site is healthymomsmagazine.net

  • Hello, cltalbert, & welcome. The error has to do w/the gd-system-plugin. Please try renaming it by putting a 1 or a .old on the end of the plugin folder name, & see if the problem resolves.
