I have the following error messages showing in Updraft under Existing backups preventing me from restoring to a previous backup.

    Error: template not found (wp-admin/settings/existing-backups-table.php)
    Error: template not found (wp-admin/settings/upload-backups-modal.php)

I have tried to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce from my site to see if I could do a restore then but these error messages are still showing.

I have downloaded the files manually and tried to upload them but I still have no option available to restore.

I am using plugin version: 1.16.56

    Many thanks,
    Emma

    Hi,

Seems like the WP install has missing files. Can you try to re-install WordPress? You can do this in the Dashboard > Updates > re-install WP of your WordPress website.

    Hey Bryle,

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly, I’ve done that but the error is still showing

    Anything else we can try?

    Thanks,
    Emma

    Hi Emma,

Does the error prevent you from moving forward with the restoration?
Have you already tried re-installing UpdraftPlus? Though the error message you are seeing is not coming from UpdraftPlus but from WP core files.

    Thanks,
    Bryle

    Thanks Bryle,

Uninstalled the plugin and gave it 24 hrs and it is working again now

Thanks so much for your help!
