    First off, the plugin works and well – but I have 3 small concerns that are happening and Im too tired to think so SOS!
    1) When submitting a new ticket as a client, it submits, but you get this screen as shown below

    2) when replying to ticket, the reply goes through, but the screen shoots to the below screenshotscreenshot reply to ticket

    and finally the 3rd tidbit – not sure what this is about as pages for these were made upon plugin installScreenshot tools area

    Any assistance would be great and thanks the plugin really does a nice job, just a few kinks to get out I guess, overall tho its going to be greater than it is when I know what this stuff is about !

    Hi:

    It sounds like some folders might not have been created when the plugin was installed – probably because of file security settings. Please check to see if the folder uploads/awesome-support exists. If it doesn’t, please create it and make sure your web server can write to it.

    The plugin pages should have been set when the plugin was installed and activated. I am wondering if maybe because of security errors thrown the installation script might not have run to completion. To fix this particular issue you just need to pick the two pages containing the short codes from the drop-downs.

    Thanks a million, I just went ahead and deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled – worked like a charm!
