Error messages not being displayed on “Reset Password” page

Hello – When a customer clicks on the “reset password” email, the reset password form is not displaying errors notices for things such as mis-matched passwords, or empty fields.
So far we have tried the following:
Different themes
Disabled all plugins except woocommerce
Disabled all custom CSSWe are currently on version 3.5.2 of woocommerce.
