Error Messages in Admin Settings of W3 Total Cache

Hi,
Can anyone resolved the following with error messsages on top of the settings page for my website https://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com/?
1) The “UNSUCCESSFUL TRANSFER QUEUE” has unresolved errors. Empty the queue to restore normal operation.
I’ve tried clearing those Upload queue | Delete queue | Purge queue using either “Empty Upload Queue” & “Process CDN queue now”, but it came back again.
2) Page caching is not available. The current add-in /home7/rssprope/public_html/sg/wp-content/advanced-cache.php is either missing, an incorrect file or an old version. De-activate the plugin, remove the file, then activate the plugin again.
I’ve de-activate the plugin, remove the file, then activate the plugin again many times, but still the error remains
3) A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: The “Replace default hostname with” field cannot be empty. Enter CDN provider hostname here. (This is the hostname used in order to view objects in a browser.)
How do I configure the hostname?
