error messages

  • on my plugin pages I get error messages like this

    Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home/www/johnhenworth.com/wp-includes/update.php on line 119

    there is the same messages with different line numbers

    It don’t seem to affect wordpress but its annoying
    I use the thesis theme.

  • Try changing the Theme to Default theme like TwentyFifteen and check again.
    Also Deactivate all the plugins and activate one by one to check if the error still appears.
    If the issue still not fixed, try upgrading the wordpress version Manually.

    If you are using VPS, try to ping www.remarpro.com to test the connection.
    If you are using a shared hosting, contact your hosting provider and make sure the connection to www.remarpro.com is ok. Or you can try to install those plugins manually with FTP.
