    Hi, we got the following error messages:

    Website is down because of it. How can this be fixed?

    Hi, when you deactivated the plugin, were you still seeing it as being active? It looks like you have it installed twice – one in the mu folder and another in a regular plugins folder. If you still can see it activated, can you check its version on the debug tab?

    In fact yes, under plugins it shows up as deactivated, but in the left menu I can still access the plugin settings. The version on the debug tab is 2.25.15.

    The version under plugins is 2.25.17 (currently deactivated).
