We have investigated the error logs and found that the issue is with Temp folder permissions due to that it is blocking the unlink function.
In order to fix the issue, Please try to change the File Permissions to 755 from your FTP/Cpanel. It should work then.

Or do you mean a different folder? I did not change the temp directory.

You need to change the “Temp” folder permission to 755 not the Wp/content directory, The Temp folder is blocking the unlinking function from the folder as it is shown in the error log (1 occurrence logged)9PHP Warningunlink(/tmp/elffCXrJW) .
