Error Message: You do not have sufficient permissions..

  • When I try to post or edit a blog, I get the following error message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” I am only able to view the dashboard but it now has not options for me to change the site. What happened??

  • Are you logged in as an administrator user on your WordPress? Also check that your files and directories have the right permissions. Usually directories should have 755 permissions and files should have 644 permissions.
